Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer to join our Mediation team. In this role, you will primarily analyze, prepare, install, integrate, perform tests on Ericsson's Mediation solution. You will also adapt the solution to customer needs, program components like Value-Routers, Formatters and Consolidators, and configure business processes. You will be involved in different kind of projects primarily in Latin America region but also all over the world.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of OS, Ericsson Mediation platform, 3PP in Bare Metal, Virtualized, Cloud and Containers environments.
• Perform product configuration and integration
• Execute integration and migration work
• Prepare and execute system, module, and acceptance tests
• Identify and drive improvements
• Complete post-project activities
• Have a strong understanding of end-to-end (E2E) technical solutions
• Write scripts and code (DUP, java)

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (IT/Telecom/Computer Science)
• 3-5 years of experience in deploying Ericsson Multi Mediation systems/testing/leading testing teams/launching prepaid products
• Operative systems administration: Linux/Red Hat, Solaris 9/10, Windows 2003-2008 server, OpenVMS
• Database configuration and administration: Oracle 9i/10i, SqlServer 2000/2003, mySqL, Postgres
• Programming languages: Perl, shell scripts, C++, DUP, C#, .NET, Java, Python
• Abstract Syntax Notation One (ASN.1)
• Hardware installation & configuration: x86 Oracle blades, HP Proliant & Blades severs
• Storage solutions administration and configuration: EMC Dell Storage
• High availability and Geo-redundancy solutions: Veritas Cluster, F5 load balancer
• Experience with IP networks, technical troubleshooting, IPv4, coding, and updating existing code
• SSH, ftp/sftp and remote system access and configuration
• Experience with Virtualized and Cloud environments: VMware, OpenStack, KVM, Ericsson Cloud and NFV infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of Containers and containerized environments like Kubernetes
