IS Infrastructure Specialist

This role delivers appropriate Information Systems solution/service infrastructure according to agreements, on time, on budget and with good quality. This is a key role in strengthening our global Information Systems team. You will be part of a team applying strong Information Systems infrastructure technology knowledge and expertise to aid in global business needs and help solve challenging topics.

Your responsibilities

• PC Lifecycle Support: Provide hardware and software support including break/fix, imaging, inventory, post build set up, new user set up, and peripheral installation.
• Configure and manage MFPs and printing solutions including large MFP devices, Label Printers and small use laser printers.
• Ensure Manufacturing Excellence: Supports manufacturing environment, support technologies required for continued business operations including off hours support and on call rotation.
• Supports the installation of new IS solutions/services in regards of the required infrastructure, or the changing of existing IS solutions/services. When involved, delivers the appropriate IS solution/service infrastructure in time, in budget and at quality.
• People leadership and Development: Provides leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility.

Your background

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in an enterprise End User support role.
• Understanding of Networking Topology, Concepts and Server Infrastructure.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, procedures, and factory IT programs preferred.
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and ability to work alone or with a team.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Support of O365.
• Extensive Windows 10 knowledge and support experience.
• Advanced English level.
