Job Description

• Turn technical requirements into robust and scalable applications following the internal guidelines
and data sources.
• Present results on daily SCRUM Meetings and with stakeholders when needed.
• Capable of taking existing applications and adjust them to follow all the internal regulations.
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
• Exceptional debugging skills to solve problems in both existing and new applications.
• Collaborate with other programmers to design and implement features.
• Contribute to technical design documentation by keeping clear comments on the code developed.
• Generates database and application diagrams to simplify the documentation process.
• Works independently when required.
• Uses the available versioning tools to back up the changes made to any application code.
• Capable of improving the performance of self-developed applications as well as preexisting
applications if needed.
• Review and analysis of technical documentation related to currently fielded and future systems.
• Work within a team to troubleshoot complex problems in networked systems and test operational
software.
• Generate recommendations for improvements or modifications to correct problems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Closely work with corporate management to derive long term SAP Application strategy that helps business to deliver required output and outcomes using emerging technology.
• Work closely with Business Key users, Business Heads to decipher business requirement into potential IT solutions thereby significantly improve user adoption of SAP technology based on value creation priorities.
• Collaborate extensively with Business team to deliver SAP projects within schedule, cost, and scope.
• Lead on digitization projects like Analytics, Reporting that would add significant value and form base of periodic review to drive business decisions.
• Follow SAP Change Management and over all governance frameworks.
• Collaborate, Lead, Guide, and work with rest of IT team members.
