• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Law (from a Mexican university).
• Languages: Spanish and English (both required as working languages).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in legal roles, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Government Affairs: Experience in managing or advising on government relations or regulatory matters.
• Certification: Professional license or legal authorization to practice law in Mexico.
• Nationality: Mexican (mandatory due to legal and operational regulations).

• Draft, review, and archive corporate contracts.
• Develop and implement internal legal compliance systems.
• Deliver training on regulatory compliance.
