Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within the retail, pharma, or consumer goods sector.
• Advanced knowledge of tools such as WMS, TMS, and logistics management platforms.
• Proven experience in distribution and meeting delivery KPIs with national retail chains.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and team management skills.
• Results-driven, strategic thinker, and continuous improvement mindset.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly strategic and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our nationwide logistics and distribution operations. Our company operates in the Modern Trade channel across Mexico.

You will be responsible for ensuring efficient supply, inventory control, and timely deliveries, collaborating closely with key business areas to ensure a profitable and customer-centric operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement demand planning, procurement, and supply strategies.
• Monitor and optimize inventory across distribution centers and retail points nationwide.
• Coordinate logistics and distribution operations to retail chains through 3PL logistics.
• Evaluate and negotiate with logistics providers, transport operators, and warehouses.
• Oversee distribution center operations (receiving, storage, picking, and shipping).
• Ensure compliance with service levels and key logistics KPIs (fill rate, OTIF, turnover, etc.).
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in logistics processes, particularly for regulated import/export products.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments.
• Lead and develop the logistics and supply chain team under your responsibility.
