What You'll Need to Succeed
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
10+ years of professional experience
At least 8 years specifically in Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll, with proven leadership of managerial teams.
Language: Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Leadership in Compensation, Benefits, Wellness, and Payroll functions.
Strategic planning and execution.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Experience influencing and managing senior stakeholders.
Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Be Doing
Design and implement regional benefits and incentive programs aligned with company strategy.
Manage compensation structures, including job analysis, salary benchmarking, and compensation surveys.
Lead initiatives related to salary program execution and governance.
Develop enhancements and modifications to current benefits programs and related procedures.
Conduct cost analysis, internal equity reviews, and market competitiveness assessments.
Drive country-specific programs, including recognition, wellness, and retention initiatives.
Ensure participation and analysis of Compensation & Benefits surveys for continuous improvement.
