Description:
Plan, coordinate and direct support services that allow the organization to operate efficiently. Provide coordination and support to projects such as meeting scheduling/coordination and project management.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to coordinate visits, both internal and by customers or Auditors (Agendas, reservation of rooms, food, transportation, etc.)
• Support to the Direction and Operations Management to manage or operate agendas and reports (per diem, executives, etc.) of these
• Collaboration in the organization of company events
• Management of corporate vehicles for Milenium facility, utilizing Corporate policy
• Scheduling management and travel booking for employees who have this need for business.
• Manage office supply inventories and purchases profitably.
Requirements:
• Excellent management of MS Office
• Experience in administration of hotel and flight reservations, administration of agendas and logistics of visits, administration of office consumables.
