We are currently offering a position within our facilities for a Recruitment Assistant, to support the search for candidates in construction, operational, and administrative areas.
Experience:
Minimum of six months in a similar position
Knowledge in recruitment and selection (preferred)
English fluency is MANDATORY

Main Responsibilities:
Job postings: Support in drafting and publishing vacancies on various recruitment platforms
Contacting candidates via phone or email to schedule phone or in-person interviews
Administer and evaluate technical or psychometric tests for candidates
Follow-up throughout the recruitment process
Support in future activities within the HR area
