As a Jr. Telecom Site Construction Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading, coordinating, and supporting technical activities within the Network Implementation organization. You will manage tasks and collaborate with teams from Ericsson, customers, and suppliers, ensuring alignment with Ericsson standards and customer requirements. Key responsibilities include technical oversight, budget and cost control, and ensuring full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate coordination and communication between internal teams and external partners
• Acquire and apply technical knowledge through structured training
• Support, and potentially lead, interactions with subcontractors or vendors
• Prioritize and coordinate network rollouts
• Manage work orders and compensation processes
• Plan and monitor quality assurance activities

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of professional experience
• English proficiency B2+ level (conversational)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred), or related fields such as IT, Systems, or Architecture
