Purpose
This internship is designed for final-year university students seeking hands-on experience in Oil and Gas industry and international environment. The intern will support day-to-day operations, gain exposure to industry practices, and contribute to real projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.
You will be supporting the preparation and creation of inspection reports and other documentation related to inspection analysis results, adhering to NDT Global's templates to create the standard documents, as well as editing and revising documents assigned to standardize and simplify the deliverables for end-users.
Responsibilities
· Assist with:
o Prepares, formats, and provides content for individual inspection report deliverables
o Ensures compliance with technical writing standards, proper grammatical rules, and internal/external industry specifications and regulations
o Ensures the Customer's reporting requirements are met
o Creates, edits, revises, and formats technical documentation inspect reports, policies and procedures and work instructions, process description, forms and checklists
· Support with editing/revising inspection report templates in terms of content, quality, comprehensiveness, styles, tracking changes, document controls, etc.
· Participate in team meetings and technical discussions.
· Learn and apply industry standards and tools.
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams in ongoing projects

Requirements & qualifications
· Final-year student pursuing a degree in Journalism, Communications, Languages, Technical Writing or related fields.
· Eligibility to sign an internship agreement with your university is required.
· Availability to commit to a part-time or full-time internship (flexible with academic schedule).
?· Must be proficient in spoken and written Spanish and English.
· Strong interest in oil and gas industry, pipeline inspections, ILI industry
· Willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a technical environment.
Skillset
· Familiarity with Microsoft Word is a requirement
· Familiarity with Acrobat Professional is desirable
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
· Good organizational and communication skills.
