Program Manager Reynosa
The role
You will be responsible for strategic and operational management of recruitment solutions. You will lead a delivery team of Talent Acquisition professionals. You will drive client and recruitment best practices within your cluster in addition to meeting and exceeding performance and financial targets.
Working in the role you will be required to:
· Effectively manage RPO operations within the defined cluster, ensuring quality assurance on day to day recruitment activities and attainment of deliverables in line with KPIs and SLA's
· Effectively manage stakeholders, build and maintain trust and credibility with key client and internal stakeholders, ensuring expectation setting and clear communication channels
· Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies and work closely with the team to develop the best approach for the client
· Act as the initial point of escalation for service delivery related issues in the cluster
· Continually seek out opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
· Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiencies in solution execution and make constructive suggestions for change
· Collaborate with specialist colleagues to ensure a clear strategic and operational plan is executed within the cluster
· Prepare and actively participate in client reviews & performance and insights client presentations
· Advise client on market trends, best practices and opportunities for improvement and/or corrective action
To be successful in this position you will have:
· Proven track record of senior leadership within talent acquisition and client management within an RPO environment
· International recruitment experience and knowledge
· Proven success of leading teams and KPI/SLA achievement
· Strong Stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
· Self-motivated along with the ability to respond quickly to client requests
· Willingness to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with changes
· Fluency to business proficiency level (both oral and written) in English
· IT proficiency, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
