We are looking for a Bilingual (ENG) Customer Care Representative for one of our new proyects with great and potencial growth.
The ideal candidate has great enthusiastic attitude and loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting company clients into passionate promoters.

Type of work:
100% On-site.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday only, 8 working hours from 6 AM to 7 PM.
Monthly Salary:
Up to $18,500 monthly.

6 months minimum of relevant experience in Customer Service. (Mandatory).
Work with Service Requests and their transfer to all competent departments (creation, sending, closing, informing the customer about the status of the request).
Resolving client complaints.
Providing information on Billing for services and payments for customer's services.
Providing information about products and services (additional services, tariffs).
Work with internal departments to meet client's needs.
Solving telephone requests from existing clients of our business client.
