Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Work closely with LATAM R&D, Global Seasonings team, Supply Chain Planning, Quality & Excite point persons to provide tailored sourcing in seasonings and bring supplier support within all supply chain users. Partner with local, regional and global suppliers to deliver the needed product for LATAM. Resolution of key business issues and opportunities, such as service, logistics and commercial issues. This role is in charge directly of US$312 MM of spend, partner with legal and compliance to kept the suppliers within the internal and external regulations. Coach Colors and Flavors coordinator to fulfill categories objectives.

Your Impact

As MSO Sr Manager, your scope would consist of ...

• Deliver and exceed AOP producitivy target and cash flow.
• Implement 100% Legal and Compliance requirements in terms of contracts.
• Respond to daily supplier deliveries risk to ensure business operation.
• Be in constant communication with her stakeholders.
• Develop category strategy
• Pep+ agenda for seasonings

Qualifications

• Procurement 8 step methodology and negotiation skills
• TCO understanding
• Category strategy
• Analytical and Negotation skills
• 7 year experience in Procurement
• Advanced English
• Crisis management and risk mitigation
• Negotiation and TCO capabilities.

• Extremely focus on results and able to work under constant pressure.
• Team development skills.
