Job Objective: Execute key operational tasks while also mapping, clearly documenting, periodically updating, and proposing improvements to the company's processes, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out day-to-day operational activities.

Analyze and map business process workflows, identifying key points and areas for improvement.

Gather, consolidate, and document business processes, detailing functions, responsibilities, and tools used.

Evaluate the operational structure to identify errors, duplicate tasks, and improvement opportunities, with the goal of developing functional organizational charts and optimization proposals.

Coordinate the creation of work plans to ensure goal achievement, as well as the implementation of simple and effective key performance indicators (KPIs).

Prepare and present weekly progress and tracking reports to the CEO

Requirements:

Education & Training

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• English: 100% fluency (spoken and written)
• Availability to travel
• Valid visa (preferred)

?Experience

• 3 years of experience mapping workflows and optimizing operational processes.

• High level of organization and structured logical thinking
• Ability to execute tasks independently, without the need for detailed instructions
• Strong self-discipline and the ability to prioritize without a predefined schedule
