In this project, you will be a member of the Information Technology Team, within the Information Technology Division. This position supports and transforms existing and new mission critical and highly-visible operational website(s) and applications - spanning multiple technology stacks - through all phases of SDLC, while working collaboratively across IT, business, and third party suppliers from around the globe in a 24x7, fast-paced, and Agile based environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for building test plans, testing strategy for various Java and applications
• Build and implement Automation testing strategy using Selenium on testNG framework
• Build and implement performance testing for the full stack of application using Load Runner, Performance center
• Responsible for evaluating, setting up and maintaining automation tools UFT, Selenium, DB Visualizer, POSTMAN, Newman, RestAssured
• Responsible for evaluating, setting up and maintaining performance testing tools like Load Runner, Performance Center, Load Generators, Analyzers
• Evaluate automation tools for native apps built on iOS and Android like Appium, Robotium, Python
• Set up and understand the various key Analytics on Dynatrace to get the status of applications
• Set up continuous automation testing from Enterprise Jenkins after successful build and deploy from UCD as part of DevOps implementation
• Set up and maintain different plug ins and connectors between Jenkin, ALM and Virtual Machine testing hosts for successful implementation of continuous testing of application using automated scripts
• Analyze logs from Splunk to help troubleshooting issues reported or discovered
• Build and distribute various reports from Database using SQL queries to management and all stake holders
• Develop a strong understanding of the domain and IT application to perform hands-on testing on various enterprise architecture applications and interfaces
• Virtualize backend services using CA LISA to help building new service and testing
• Develop and run Junit test cases
• Test RESTful services/APIs using POSTMAN tool and automate the validation of the same on Postman and Newman
• Build and develop re-usable automation library components for client integrations, product releases, and application maintenance by using UFT
• Develop and execute SQL queries to verify the database updates, inserts and delete of the records, to extract data from target tables and validate reports
• Develop scripts to interact with native SABRE
• Develop and set automation framework
• Build automation scripts, run, analyze results and produce reports to management
• Manage defect life cycle and create reports for project stakeholders
• Coordinate with application teams and third party vendors to make sure all the required data and resources are available to testing team
• Support application & infrastructure teams troubleshoot the production and non-production issues
• Provide application quality, issues and testing progress update to all the stake holders, business partners regularly. Build reports for the same
• Utilize Agile methodologies, Rally tool to accomplish testing goals
• Create metrics/reports to capture test progress for projects and releases

Skills

Must have

• 5 years of experience in IT
• Native SABRE commands and Sabre Host Emulator
• Setting up DevOps tools for handling continuous testing
• Java, HTML and CSS
• Selenium, Postman, UFT, ADO, HPE Load Runner, VB scripting, java scripting
• DB2 Advance PL/SQL
• Agile and Scrum methodology
• Mobile Automation testing (iOS, Android),
• Restful web-services automation testing
• Load Runner, Performance center administrative capability
• Unix/Linux
