MAIN ACTIVITIES:

•Support the collection, cleaning, and organization of data from various sources (Excel, ERP systems, surveys, etc.) to assist in HR-related decision-making.

•Assist in generating periodic and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and headcount.

•Contribute to the analysis of data trends to identify potential areas for improvement in HR processes.

•Ensure accuracy and confidentiality when handling HR data, under supervision.

REQUIREMENTS:

•Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, in a multicultural and dynamic environment.

•Show willingness to learn and develop skills in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Adobe Acrobat and AI-based platforms.

•Must live near San Pedro Garza García N.L. or have reliable transportation to Torre Avalanz.
