Role Responsibilities

• Creating material master records: Initiate and maintain accurate records for all materials used in the organization.
• Updating existing records: Regularly update material data to reflect changes in characteristics, classifications, or other relevant attributes
• Validating data entries: Ensure the correctness and completeness of material data to prevent discrepancies.
• Conducting data audits: Perform periodic audits to identify and rectify any inconsistencies or errors in the material master data.
• ERP system integration: Manage the integration of material master data within the SAP system and other connected systems.
• Generating reports: Create detailed reports on material data for analysis and decision-making.
• Data analysis: Analyze material master data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP, specifically in the Material Master module.
• Experience using Windchill for material creation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on: Excel: formula creation, data analysis, and macro development.
• Conversational to advanced English (able to communicate fluently in a professional setting).
