The Product Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and launch of digital products and services, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. This role will act as the strategic liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and UX/UI design, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle and driving impact through cross-functional collaboration.

Your Deliverables Will Be:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with Viva's business strategy.
• Lead the discovery, development, and iteration of digital products with high impact and usability.
• Prioritize initiatives and feature development based on data, user insights, and business value.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Track and report key product KPIs, using data to inform decisions and continuous improvement.
• Ensure user-centered design principles and best practices in digital product development.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within digital environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle frameworks.
• Experience with UX/UI collaboration, digital platforms, and user research.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze product performance and generate insights.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
