Key Responsibilities:

· Review and validate customer integration access requirements and remote access requests.

· Audit remote access firewall policies and customer integrations to ensure compliance and reduce risk.

· Identify and remediate high-risk or non-compliant access and applications.

· Define security standards, review solution designs, and contribute to SD-WAN implementations from a security perspective.

· Define security controls and review design documentation for OT/IoT deployments.

· Provide security recommendations for new projects and solution/tool implementations.

· Contribute to Flex's cloud security posture with reviews and recommendations.

· Design, implement, and enhance automated workflows in support of security operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

· Proven experience managing routers and firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto) following security best practices.

· Experience performing firewall policy audits and access reviews.

· Proficiency with SIEM platforms for threat detection and incident response.

· Basic understanding of OT and IoT security concepts.

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with keen attention to detail.

Highly Desirable:

· Hands-on experience with automation and SOAR platforms, particularly Palo Alto XSOAR.

· Knowledge of major cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.

· Familiarity with remote access technologies such as Palo Alto Prisma SASE and Citrix.
