HRSS Specialist
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Bilingual in English & Spanish is required.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR systems integrations, specifically with Workday and ADP.
Proven experience with automated data transfer processes and file upload management.
Strong technical skills in HRIS systems, particularly Workday HCM.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with a focus on Excel.
Experience with middleware tools and data integration platforms is a plus.
Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data integration issues.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, particularly in identifying data discrepancies.
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical issues in layman's terms effectively.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Demonstrated ability to work with highly sensitive data confidentially and with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of integrations between Workday HCM and payroll systems, focusing on ADP.
In partnership with Global HRIS, develop, implement, and manage automated data transfer processes and manual file uploads.
Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.
Investigate and diagnose data discrepancies in systems or errors within integrations, implementing solutions to rectify these issues.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify recurring problems and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, including data flow diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
Monitor data integrity and quality across all integrations, implementing audits as necessary.
Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring understanding and buy-in.
Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure integration processes align with business needs.
Contribute technical expertise to the development and maintenance of HR data management procedures and policies.
Conduct training sessions for HR and technical staff on integration processes and best practices.
Stay updated on the latest Workday and ADP integration technologies and trends to propose enhancements and updates.
