Job Description:
Develop and prepare comprehensive project plans and budgets
Implement project plans, ensuring logical sequencing based on available resources
Plan, organize, and allocate resources in accordance with the project schedule
Monitor construction progress, proactively identifying potential delays or deviations
Facilitate the preparation of method statements and submit them to clients and consultants for approval
Create time cycle charts for major activities to ensure clarity of project timelines
Conduct progress review meetings at regular intervals
Analyze discrepancies between planned and actual progress, highlighting areas requiring corrective action for the project team
Candidate Profile:
Proven hands-on experience in planning and budgeting for industrial construction projects
Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management software
Strong ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and control costs effectively
Skilled in risk identification and mitigation strategies
Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills to guide and manage project teams
