Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing IT-related projects across departments (including ERP, MES, and productivity tools).
• Support day-to-day administration of ClickUp, including user permissions, templates, and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve digital workflows.
• Coordinate with SAP consultants or internal teams for data testing, user access, and documentation.
• Maintain Microsoft Teams channels and user access (no end-user training required).
• Monitor, document, and escalate IT issues and change requests.
• Assist in tracking IT assets and software licenses.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to IT systems and digital operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and hardware.
• Familiarity with project/task management tools (e.g., ClickUp).
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams — no training will be provided.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Self-motivated and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (can be in progress or recently completed).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems.
• Exposure to IT project coordination or system implementation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or OneDrive.
• Experience creating user guides, process documentation, or digital SOPs.
