The PC&L Manager directs and coordinates the activities within the PC&L department including planning and scheduling, shipping and receiving, 3rd Party Logistics interface for Mexico, inventory control and customer interaction

Description

• Oversee inventory levels, shipping/receiving, planning/scheduling, ensuring materials are available for production and customer requirements are met.

• Lead and enforce policies, procedures, and continuous improvement in safety, housekeeping, and compliance (IATF, MMOG/LE, ISO standards).

• Direct logistics and freight functions, including coordination with third parties, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.

• Manage planning activities for engineering changes, launches, part revisions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

• Act as liaison with corporate purchasing and support APS activities, while maintaining high standards of leadership, problem solving, and customer focus.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Materials Management or related field from a 4-year college or university
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in materials management and production control in a manufacturing environment
• APICS certification preferred
• SAP expert
• Advanced english level
