Responsibilities:
· Customer service Management
The final goal is to help preserve our reputation by ensuring our Customers satisfaction to be capable to drive a sustainable growth of our business.
· Development of the relationship strategy with internal and external Customers.
· Receiving orders / programs from customers
· Different ways: fax – email – web EDI with customers portals - …
· Processing orders in the defined ways and times
· Inserting data into the company system (SAP)
· Monitoring and direct feedback on any variations / deviations (increase or decrease)
· Respecting delivery terms (outbound logistics – fiscal documentation – relation with custom agent- …)
· Emission of documents related to delivery (delivery note and Invoice)
- Collecting customer details where missing (i.e. shipping address, invoice addressee etc)
- Keeping customer folder on Partage updated (quotations, po, etc)
- Entering sales order confirmations and update them on a weekly bases
- Checking every week what is due for shipment
· organize transport documents in collaboration with the forwarder and transport company
· Interface with the customs office(export)
· Direct feedback on achieved business: feelings / requests / complaints
· Direct feedback on potential business: opportunities
· Responsibility for service quality and customer satisfaction
· Solving exceptional situations in logistics activity
- Issuing delivery note
- Giving the DDT and invoice to the warehouse for material preparation
- Sending invoice to the customer once the material is collected
- Making sure there is no delay in any of above duties
· Keep the confidentiality of the data and information it has access to.
