Position responsible of ensure and follow the standards, work regulations and operations of the assigned area, ensuring that the manufacturing of components and lamps follows a smooth and efficient process through the coordination and organization of work flows, applying problem-solving tools; working and managing the staff under their charge supported by the support areas, prioritizing safety, quality, productivity and 6S,s. to contribute to the continuous improvement and profitability of the company.

Relevant experience:

• Supervision of production areas - 4 years
• Lean manufacturing (Kanban, SMED, 6S's, just in time, Takt time) - 4 years
• Quality standards and criteria - 4 years
• Assembly processes and plastic injection processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (engineering).
• Efficiently manage and coordinate resources (5M's) to meet objectives.
• Coordinate work teams to meet objectives.
• Manage the competence and development of the staff in charge.
• Available to work in 2nd Shift.

Skills:

Knowledge in assembly processes, plastic injection and coating.

Good communication.

Advanced English.
