We're hiring: Sales Manager – Hospitality Technology

We're looking for a Sales Manager with experience in the hotel and resort industry to lead tech solution sales (TV, streaming, internet) in Cacún

What you'll do:

• Build and manage your sales pipeline.
• Visit hotels and meet directly with GMs and ownership groups.
• Develop sales strategies and meet annual goals.
• Maintain strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate across teams for smooth delivery and client success.

What you'll need:

• 3+ years in hotel tech sales (systems/software).
• Strong network in key tourist regions.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Offer:

• $40,000–$50,000 MXN/month + commissions
• Remote role (preferably based in Los Cabos)
