Implement cost-saving projects together with the Materials and Logistics Manager through supplier changes and/or process improvements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
?Plan and execute the purchasing of raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials, ensuring supply aligned with production and sales.
Coordinate with third-party warehouses (3PL) to ensure proper reception, storage, and distribution of products.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in ERP/WMS systems (preferably SAP), including purchase orders, inventories, and delivery dates.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure OTIF (on time, in full) deliveries, manage discrepancies, quality alerts, and credit notes.
Generate reports on inventory levels, inbound/outbound movements, materials in transit, and warehouse performance.
Support audits, compliance with ISO standards, and updates to logistics and purchasing procedures.
Participate in cost-saving projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and analysis of obsolete inventories.
Coordinate and prepare logistics documentation such as invoices, shipping orders, and packing lists.
Provide administrative support to the warehouse team, including label printing, document preparation, and data tracking.
Support scheduling of deliveries and pickups with logistics providers.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Foreign Trade, or International Business. Must hold a valid degree.
Languages: Advanced English
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in materials planning, purchasing, logistics, and 3PL warehouse management.
SAP or MRP/WMS systems.
Microsoft Office (Intermediate-Advanced Excel).
Purchasing, imports, logistics, and inventory control processes.
Cost-saving methodologies in the supply chain.
Advanced English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
