Main Responsibilities
Ensures uninterrupted production by maintaining mold sand Core boxes readiness.
Minimizes tool-related downtime, supporting consistent and timely delivery performance through advance scheduling and effective tool maintenance. Directly impacts casting quality, reducing scrap rates and customer complaints.
Maintains a safe working environment and ensures adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Optimizes tool life and maintenance practices to control costs and reduce unplanned expenses.
Drives continuous improvement and adoption of advanced tooling technologies to maintain competitiveness.
Position Requirements
Technical abilities in Tooling and Fixtures, Problem Solving, Manufacturing in Foundry Systems, Understanding and application of Quality Systems and Knowledge in machining of foundry parts manufacturing and general die maintenance. of simulation software (Thermal and flow) used to understand the cast process.
Interpersonal skills leader in decision making, action oriented, conflict management and negotiation skills. Alignment to the company core values is required to promote core and leadership competences.
May have experience in casting process engineering and / or maintenance of tooling dies and molds in Gravity Semi Permanent Molding Systems (GSPM) and / or Core Package Systems (CPS) or other Casting Processes regarding Tooling maintenance
3 - 5 Year Experience in Tool shop Maintenance, Process Engineering, CNC Fixture maintenance.
