The position requires the execution of initiatives and strategies for the proper management of key work processes through the labor model, to strengthen company productivity and job security
Main Responsibilities
· Develop procedures to improve the management of the Labor Relations Department in Mexico
· Manage Labor Claims and Food Lawsuits
· Management and implementation of the Labor Model at the national level
· Management of labor cases
· Execution of Training and Development plan
· Management of payments to suppliers
Position Requirements
· Bachelor´s in Law.
· Master's degree is desired
· English Advanced is a must.
· Excel advanced.
