JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Participate in weekly safety bulletins to ensure your own safety and that of your colleagues.

2. Ensure the availability and use of materials, assessing needs, priorities, and production requirements.

3. Issue and update purchase orders, ensure delivery dates, and monitor inventory levels to follow up on projects.

4. Prepare MIN-MAX schedules in warehouses and production lines.

5. Implement engineering changes.

6. Maintain inventory supply, seeking to maximize the company's budget.

7. Support month-end closing to ensure on-time completion according to the objectives established with Finance.

8. Direct participation in physical inventories.

9. Track shipments made by the supplier according to the release date.

10. Control outgoing materials and prevent obsolete materials.

11. Preparation of material availability reports and production capacity management.
