Responsabilities:
1. Account Management and Customer Service:
- Assist in managing customer accounts, including order processing and tracking.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and maintaining positive
customer relationships.
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of product samples to potential and existing customers.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve
customer issues.
2. Sales Support and Research:
- Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and potential opportunities.
- Conduct research to identify new sales leads and market trends.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and reporting to support sales strategies.
3. Trade Support:
- Collaborate with the Traders to develop sales strategies and manage commodities.
- Assist in sales quoting, contract management, and negotiation.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to maximize account retention and upselling
opportunities.
- Provide Traders with training support and CRM management.
4. Personal and Professional Development:
- Learn commercial sales strategies, pricing, and cost calculations.
- Develop product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or account management is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and industry-related databases.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with organic ingredient industry trends is a plus.
