Global company of components and thermal management systems for the automotive industry are looking for a Plant Manager, who will responsible for the end-to-end management of the site, overseeing production, maintenance, quality, engineering, while driving operational excellence and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and engineering.
• Ensure achievement of KPIs: safety, quality, on-time delivery (OTD), cost, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with advanced manufacturing and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and technology implementation.
• Manage operational budgets, cost reduction initiatives, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental (EHS), and local regulatory standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S principles.
• Serve as the main liaison between the Mexico plant and the global corporate offices (China/USA).
• Oversee talent development
• Represent the plant during customer and third-party audits (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 14001).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in management roles.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes for mechanical components (valves, pumps, machining, assembly).
• Strong experience with automotive quality systems (IATF 16949).
• Advanced English (required); Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and data tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and intercultural communication skills.
