Its main focus is the general construction project of urban rail transit equipment.
Position: Human resources and administration auxiliary
We are looking for talented people with studies: In administration, Human resources or related.
Conocimientos y experiencia:
Minimum of 3 years of labor experience in Human resources and administration.
At least 2 years in a Human resources or administration role or similar in medium/large companies.
Language: Advanced conversational English, reading and writing (ESSENTIAL) Do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
Objetivo General: Assists with HR an administration processes, ensuring accurate records and efficient operations of both departments.
Objetivos Específicos y responsabilidades:
Manage expense reports for the Administration and Human Resources Department;
Manage office supplies;
Oversee company labor contract management;
Manage employee discipline matters;
Coordinate and manage company commuting vehicles;
Conduct administrative data analysis and prepare related reports.
Maintain employee records (hard and soft copies)
Update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacations, and sick leave)
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as absences, bonuses, and sick leave
Posting and updating job postings on careers pages
Scheduling interviews
Maintaining employee records (e.g., vacation and sick leave)
Prepare monthly compensation and attendance spreadsheets
Review resumes and job applications
Update internal databases with new employee information (e.g., contact information and bank accounts)
Distribute physical and digital training materials
Store, copy, and scan company policies
Handle employee inquiries
Prepare ad hoc reports (e.g., on expenses)
Prepare documentation for HR policies and administration procedures
Process employee applications and provide relevant information
Support in HR and administration projects, meetings, and training seminars
Collaborate to post job postings on careers pages and process incoming CVs
Manage the department's call center and address inquiries accordingly
Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office
knowledge and proficiency in SAP or another ERP.
Proficiency in Mexican labor law and IMSS law.
Preparation and analysis of HR reports or files.
Excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of administrative standars.
