Inside Sales Specialist – Certification
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct all tele-marketing sales activities with potential clients, sourcing the relevant contact person for on-going communication.
- Builds and maintains a sales pipeline to meet and exceed assigned goals and objectives.
- Partners with the sales team to introduce existing clients to new product offerings.
- Successfully employs active listening and consultative sales methods to fully understand prospective and existing clients' business needs, offering appropriate value proposition solutions, creating urgency, and closing accounts over the phone.
- Identifies new business opportunities and pursuing new clientele who may be unfamiliar with Bureau Veritas services.
- Develops proposals and quotations and follows up with clients through execution of signed contracts.
- Ensures proper flow of information to potential clients pertaining to services offered.
- Maintains CRM database (Salesforce) to record and track potential clients for future sales and marketing initiatives.
- Researches potential clients through provided market research databases and lead generation systems. Sources competitive and market data upon which to base future sales decision.
- Develops short and long terms sales forecasts to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Provides input for monthly sales reporting and forecasting.
- Completes ad hoc projects assigned by Director of Business Development.
Qualifications:

Education and Skill Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors Degree?in Business Administration or similar,?with 2 years in mass market sales experience, handling a high volume of cold calls and overall a high level of outbound activity.
- Demonstrated experience with using and maintaining Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools – Salesforce experience preferred.
- Previous experience in industrial production services, engineering, or consulting services firm preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with high level of English proficiency, both written and verbal
- Intermediate computer and Microsoft (excel, access, power point) skills
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to work independently
- Highly motivated and driven
- Highly professional demeanor
