We are seeking a proactive Supply Operations Analyst to ensure uninterrupted supply of direct materials and drive continuous improvement within our supply chain. This role focuses on managing supply risks, improve service level and work on preventive strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Operations:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for supply disruptions and lead the escalation process with planning teams and suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate closely with current and alternative suppliers to understand and mitigate supply risks.
• Escalate unresolved supply challenges as needed.
• Facilitate supplier transitions by working with various plants to adjust systems and communicate changes clearly, ensuring smooth and seamless handovers between suppliers.

Risk Management & Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and assess operational risks related to supplier locations, political or natural factors, and other potential disruptions.
• Develop and implement proactive risk mitigation plans to minimize supply chain vulnerabilities.
• Lead initiatives to improve supplier performance, optimize processes, and manage supply chain programs such as consignment stock.
• Promote a culture of proactive problem-solving to avoid supply interruptions.
• Coordinate supply operations across manufacturing plants.
• Communicate supply changes and operational updates effectively to plant teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.

Qualifications:

• Advanced English proficiency for collaboration with global teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Experience in supply chain, risk management, or continuous improvement preferably within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or related industries.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex supplier transitions and cross-functional collaboration.
