The Production Manager will oversee the daily manufacturing operations of our 24/7 plastic film extrusion, flexographic printing and bag converting plant. This key management role requires overseeing all aspects of production, including personnel, equipment, quality control, and continuous improvement. The position reports directly to the President of the company and manages three shifts of production teams through shift supervisors.

Qualifications:

?    Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

?    Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a production management role, preferably in plastic extrusion, flexographic printing, or related industries.

?    Languages: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.

Hours: 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday and sometimes part of Saturday also. It is possible that the employee may be needed in the middle of the night if there is a problem so this person must be willing to be on-call since this plant runs 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
