Are you passionate about databases and performance optimization? As a MySQL Administrator (DBA) at Epicor, you will play a key role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing MySQL databases to ensure high performance, availability, and security.

What you will be doing:

• Optimizing Performance: Monitor database performance, fine-tune queries, and identify areas for improvement.
• User & Access Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
• Data Integrity & Recovery: Implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard critical data.
• Scalability & Growth: Implement sharding, clustering, and other scalability strategies.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve database errors, ensuring system stability.
• Collaboration: Assist developers in writing efficient SQL queries and best practices.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date database records.

What you will likely bring:

• 3+ years of experience working with MySQL databases.
• Expertise in schema design and normalization best practices.
• Strong skills in query and process optimization, performance issue resolution, and security access management.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
