Facil North America, Inc., is seeking a Supplier Planner for our Planner Team area, which is a fundamental part of our Operations; the location in Toluca, Estado de México.

Position Summary:

Our Supplier Planner are responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with assigned suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials. This role involves placing and scheduling orders, expediting materials, and proactively addressing issues to maintain smooth operations in the warehouse.

? Serve as the primary contact for assigned suppliers, including leading recurringmeetings as necessary.

? Place and schedule orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

? Monitor and manage the chase list by reviewing open orders and takingappropriate action.

? Expedite materials as needed and take appropriate action in case of shortage: gapbuys and alternate requests. Log all activities for tracking purposes.

Order and Inventory Management:

? Proactively check Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs)/create missing ASN's (NA ifapplicable) and address any errors to prevent warehouse issues upon receiving.

? Review supplier call-offs after MRP (Material Resource Planning) to addressoverordering or underordering.

? Follow up on supplier backlog to ensure timely resolution and maintain supplycontinuity.

Collaboration and Communication:

? Collaborate closely with customer planners to obtain and relay

information fromthe supplier side.

? Act as the point of contact for internal departments to

facilitate smoothcommunication and address any supply-related concerns.

Process Optimization:

? Manage changes and implementations of items (Product Change Management,PCM) to ensure seamless integration.

? Optimize packaging and labeling processes at supplier locations to enhanceefficiency and reduce traffic.

Qualifications:

·       Minimum Bachelor degree degree or equal by experience

·      Minimum 2 or 3 years' experience in material planning, in dynamic environment. Automotive Experience a plus

·   Required, knowledge MS Office, and Intermediate level Excel skills.

· English (Advanced)

· Knowledge ERP system (preferably SAP) is a PLUS

·       Planning, follow-up and coordination

·       End to end process oriented

·       Highly accurate

·       Hands-on

·       Analytical and Comunication

Compensation:

·       Food coupons equivalent to 10% of monthly gross salary (legal limit)

·       Saving Fund equivalent to 13% of monthly gross salary (legal limit)
