You will be part of the Network Operations Center. The team manages our corporate network.

As an Operations Analyst, you will develop your IT skills in a large enterprise, collaborate with people from different countries and enjoy a great work environment.

This Job is located in #LI-Hybrid within Queretaro and will report to Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoots, and resolve network alerts.
• Follow knowledge articles to provide support for these systems.
• Work with cross-function teams of IT professionals to troubleshoot these systems.
• Track the resolution of all issues
• Escalates critical issues to the NOC Shift Supervisor and support teams.
• Work with ISPs and other service providers to create support issues.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of telecommunication systems, such as network architectures, IP voice, data, or internet technologies
• Knowledge of servers (Linux and Windows).
• English written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work with customers throughout the organization. (B1 CEFR)
