A respected company in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support one of its main production plants. This is a hands-on HR role focused on operational recruitment, training coordination, and day-to-day HR support in a plant environment.
What You'll Do:
Operational Recruitment
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly/plant-level roles.
Collaborate with production leaders to define staffing needs and ensure timely coverage.
Leverage local channels, job boards, and community partnerships to fill vacancies effectively.
Training & Capability Building
Organize and monitor onboarding programs to accelerate new hire readiness.
Identify training needs in coordination with supervisors and manage technical and compliance training activities.
Schedule and track annual training sessions; liaise with external providers.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure labor law compliance and adherence to internal policies at the plant level.
Maintain accurate HR records and support internal and external audits.
Collaborate with the HR Manager on reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant-based setting.
At least 3 years of experience managing operational (hourly) recruitment.
Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law and compliance.
Advanced English proficiency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems such as SuccessFactors.
