Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our Finance Shared Services team. This role is responsible for leading a customer service team, ensuring high-quality support, effective conflict resolution, and achievement of service level goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop the customer service team.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Handle complex conflict resolution with internal and external clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and financial policies in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading customer service teams.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
