Join us in the Managed Print Services Organization (MPS) Finance Account (FAM) team in Latin America, where you will provide financial analysis to a set of strategic accounts to the company to ensure their profitability and success. You will have the opportunity to support and forecast ensuring profitability throughout the contract's life and gaining invaluable insights by interacting directly with the business.
Your responsibilities will include assisting the business on a monthly basis with actuals analysis, forecasts, and narratives, as well as loading financials from the General Ledger to the MPS reporting database, CARD, ensuring accuracy on the financial reporting. You will handle Month-End-Close activities for the accounts assigned and the overall business, and develop a deeper understanding of HP's financial processes and detailed knowledge of the business.

Responsibilities:
- Provides moderately complex financial analysis that is either transactional or analytical for the Managed Print Services Organization in Latin America.
- Provides support and forecast to a set of customer accounts ensuring that risks are covered and the account remains profitable throughout the life of the overall contract, having the opportunity to interact first-hand with the business and learning how a complete business unit works from the ground-up.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to actively ensure financial analysis needs are met. Assists the business on a monthly basis with actuals analysis, forecast and narratives.
- Loads financials to the MPS reporting database, CARD, ensuring consistency with the GL.
- Handles Month-End-Close activities for the accounts assigned and the overall business.
- Provides analytics to business initiatives.
- Develops a deeper understanding of HP's financial processes and a detailed knowledge of the business.
- Contributes to moderately complex projects and initiatives that help to improve the execution and quality of the team's deliverables.
Education and Experience Required:
- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience.
- Typically 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
- May have experience in more than one finance function.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic understanding of accounting processes and principles.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Good communication skills.
- Good teamwork skills.
