- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the mining industry.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to address client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns to ensure retention.
- Generate regular reports on account performance and sales metrics.
Profile
A successful Key Account Manager should have:
- A degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management within the mining industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ecelletn Customer Care
- A results-driven approach and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
