DIRECT MATERIAL BUYER

Tasks:

Responsible for the procurement of direct materials and capital equipment

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work in strict accordance with the procurement management process formulated by the company.

2. Support the pre-project procurement of new project development. Ensure that the project is completed on time.

3. Classify and sort out the purchased materials, actively explore the source market, and establish supply system suitable for the company's needs.

4. Control the procurement cost, and finally obtain cost-effective procurement through the comparison and negotiation of quotations from different suppliers in the procurement.

5. Continuously optimize the supply chain with the low-cost and low risks.

6. Timely process procurement-related documents, invoice sorting and reimbursement.

7. Responsible for summarizing the procurement work of each month and submitting the monthly procurement report.

8. Establish a qualified supplier system and list, formulate a supplier evaluation system, and implement regular assessment of supplier performance.

9. Promote suppliers to improve quality and efficiency, and achieve the goal of reducing annual procurement costs.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

1. Education: College degree or above?

2. Experience: More than 3 years of work experience

3. Skills/Abilities:

• Familiar with Mexico market and sources for the commodities
• Familiar with Mexico import and tax regulations
• Cost analysis
• Fluent English
• Manufacturing area preferably
