GENERAL FUNCTION

We are seeking a Junior Continuous Improvement Specialist to support process optimization and efficiency initiatives within our Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This entry-level role will assist in the implementation of standardization, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement efforts across functional areas such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R). The position offers exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and digital tools through hands-on participation in key initiatives with data analysis and automation know-how.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist in the execution of CI projects under the guidance of senior team members

· Document current processes and support mapping sessions using Lean tools (SIPOC, VSM, etc.)

· Perform data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

· Lead the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions

· Collaborate the design and testing of automation solutions (macros, Power Automate, etc.)

· Collaborate track project progress, KPIs, and benefits realization through dashboards and reports

· Facilitate CI workshops, root cause analysis sessions, and training activities

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand pain points

· Assist with the development of presentations and communication materials for stakeholders

· Learn and apply CI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) in a structured environment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business, Finance, or related field

· 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships or student projects are a plus)

· Familiarity with process improvement concepts (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, QMS, RCA)

· Familiarity with Project Management Concepts (Waterfall, Agile)

· Experience using Excel (pivot tables, formulas); knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus

· Knowledge in automation tools (e.g., Macros, Power Automate, RPA)

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Fluent in English (written and verbal)
