The Opportunity
PepsiCo is embarking on a significant initiative of digitalization and standardization of the FP&A solution across all its markets in alignment with the "Planning 2025" vision to male the finance organization more capable, more agile and more efficient. The MOSAIC program is a key enabler of that vision. It is the FP&A solution of the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT) that, for the first time, aims to intergrate "vertical" planning for Operating Units (OUs) or markets and "horixontal" planning for functions that have accountability across markets. The program aims to harmonize data, planning processes and ways of working across PepsiCo market.
The PBNA MOSAIC solition Analyst is responsible for the sustain of high- quality solution for the Mosaic North America program specific to management of the financial planning.
The role will interact directly on the design/ development and maintenance of the solution and will have to work closely with the various detail design and development teams. This role will require a strong background in financial planning and sub sreams (OCT, COGS, OPex), fata quality/ data flow and development.

Your Impact.
As Mosaic NA Associate Manager your scope would consist of:
- Support Mosaic Solution Sustain Activities for FLNA
- Handle Incidentes for Mosaic solution and stive for resolution of incidentes within SLA
- Handle Enhancements for Mosaics Solution, involve in requirement gatherings, solution design and testing and production deploy
- Partner in preparing Next Year Release Calendar for Mosaic
- Partner in AOP Demand Project planning and Sprint Planning
- Production Delivery release planning and execution
- Production stage gates and governance
- Enviroment planning and stakeholder communications
- Manage system/client refresh/ downtime/ freeze
- Project delivery process and tools (SOLMAN etc).
- Manage and partner GO-Live and kick off of projects.
- Tools training calendar an executions.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
- Univerity education (BS/ BA level) or equivalent work exerience
Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of information techology or business experience
- Strong understanding of the financial planning process, revenue management principals and sales finance forecasting in North America FMCG company.
Tech skills
- Knowledge of IBM COGNOS ANALYTICS TM1 Solution
- Functional knowledge of FP&A
Non tech skills
- Solid knowledge of order to cash (and TPM) processes in SAP including pricing
- Strong development background with minimum 5 year's experience in leading development teams (offshore mainly) on business solutions projects with process flow and integration as a critical component
- Agile methodology experience
- Self- motivation and ability to stay focused
- Ability to drive complex business discussion to design the best solution
- Knowledge of FMCG and FP&A related data objects
- Ability to search for new solutions to meet challenges together with the team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to leverage relationships to undestand document and communicate processes and change implications
