PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Ensuring the operational efficiency of the Human Resources Department, maintaining compliance with internal procedures and applicable labor regulations, as well as maintaining the correct flow of the employee's work cycle in the HRIS system. Providing excellent service to the staff. May be responsible for other areas of Human Resources related to their work center.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration and/or related career.

EXPERIENCE

• 2 years of professional experience in the Human Resources area.
• Handling of the Tress System in the Human Resources module (capture and consultation module).
• Handling of Success Factor (essential).
• Administration and control of personnel files.

KNOWLEDGE

• Payroll process basics (delivery times).
• Basics of IMSS (additions, cancellations and salary modifications).
• Office management.
• Federal Labor Law.
