We are currently seeking a dynamic and quick-thinking individual to join our team as an Order Processing & Business Development Associate. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within the company, starting with order management and evolving into soft sales. Job Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Customer Support • Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment. • Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, and any necessary adjustments. • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate shipments and resolve any order-related issues.
Customer Relations & Soft Sales • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional and engaging communication. • Assist customers in selecting the right Fulham products for their needs. • Identify opportunities to upsell or introduce new products to businesses. • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Problem-Solving & Quick Thinking • Address customer inquiries with confidence and efficiency. • Troubleshoot order discrepancies, resolve issues, and provide alternative solutions when needed. • Stay informed about product specifications and industry trends to better assist customers. Qualifications & Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to build rapport with clients and respond to inquiries professionally.
Quick-witted and adaptable – Comfortable thinking on your feet and providing accurate, effective solutions.
Detail-oriented and organized – Ensures accuracy in order entry and processing.
Basic sales acumen – Ability to identify sales opportunities and introduce relevant products to customers.
Proficiency in office software – Experience with CRM systems, order management tools, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or order processing is preferred but not required.
A team player with a proactive mindset – Willing to learn and contribute to a growing business.

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekends off! ON-SITE ONLY.
