Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

What You'll Be Doing
- Administrate sales compensation/incentive plans for sales personnel.
- Maintain and update compensation information pertinent to each division.
- Verify accuracy and timeliness of payments; submit this information to payroll as requested.
- Seek resolution of issues and audit information needed to track performance plans.
- Support activities needed for the development, implementation and administration of incentive programs and policies.
- Document sales performance results and present data to management.
- Participate in new initiatives for improvement on area.
What Are We Looking For?
- 2 years of experience; a 4-year degree is preferred in economic-administrative fields.
- Advanced Excel skills are non-negotiable.
- Proven effective verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English is required; all applications must be submitted in English).
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, problem solving skills, analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and time management are crucial.
