Position Description
We are currently searching for an Account Manager - Life Science to support commercial and business activities in Guadalajara. The person will be resposible for developing long-term customer relationships, creating valuable offers and actively seek out and following up on new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercialization and promotion of our QIAGEN portfolio to existing and new customers, as well as understating customer's needs.
- Evaluating existing customers and identifying opportunities for potential new ones.
- Creating and maintaining customer relationships for current and future projects, as well as stablishing networks between end users of our products.
- Attending to customers complains and following up with the organization to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating internally with different company departments in order to reach sales goals and customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing and understanding the territory's potential and stablishing reachable targets for closing periods.
- Achieving previously stablished individual and company goals through the commercialization our products.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or comparable qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a sales representative.
- Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM system designed to build customer relationship.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal Spanish language communication skills.
- Professional level of English language, written and verbal.
Personal Requirements:
- Works without supervision and is proactive.
- Has an innovative and problem solving mindset.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all business levels.
- Knows how to work in a fast paced environment.
- Costumer oriented.
- Effective team worker.
- Ability to think outside of the box.
- Extensive travel required (85%).
